Privacy

DarrenDang.com is designed to collect only the information needed to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and support separately governed workflows.

Contribution intake status

Rich public Shared Wisdom contribution intake is currently closed while the permission, safety, minor/vulnerable contributor, correction and withdrawal, storage and AI-analysis, public notice, and legal controls required by The Way Contribution Architecture 1.0 are completed.

The earlier private review infrastructure remains preserved, but this public site does not currently expose a rich contribution form for new submissions.

Previously submitted material

Material previously submitted through the earlier Shared Wisdom intake was intended to enter a private review process rather than publish automatically. Existing records remain governed by the permissions and review state associated with those submissions and should not be treated as public merely because the intake infrastructure exists.

Publication

Contribution, canonization, and publication are separate decisions. A contributor's story remains attributable to its source. Public use requires the applicable publication permission and does not silently convert another person's experience into Darren's canon.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, confidential employer or client information, private medical records, malicious files, or personal information about another person that you do not have the right to share.

Future contribution controls

Before rich contribution intake reopens, the site will provide clearer controls for contributor role and authority, permitted uses, attribution, AI-assisted analysis where relevant, third-party privacy, minors and vulnerable contributors, correction or representation challenges, future-publication withdrawal, retention, and other applicable rights and obligations.

Services

As analytics, inquiry, storage, review, or other services materially change, this notice should be updated to identify relevant processing relationships and the information they handle.
